From HostelReservationHub.com, click on Create Account from the top menu. Select Employee for the User Type. It is not required that employees select the Employee user type. However, it helps to identify what the user account will likely be used for in the system. Please note that all fields are required. Once the employee has created their account, the hostel admin can go into the employees section of the hostel menu. From the employees page, admins can manage employees. New employees can be added by entering in the email address associated with their HostelReservationHub.com account and selecting the desired account type: Employee or Admin. There can be more than one admin per hostel. However, there must always be at least one admin per hostel. Admins can also change employee types and remove employees. To change a user type, simply select the desired type from the drop-down list and click the save button. To remove employees, click on the red X on the right and confirm that you would like to remove that employee from your hostel. This does not delete their user account from HostelReservationHub.com. It simply dissaccociates them as an employee with your hostel. |
